In Fortnite, players and their friends lead a group of Heroes to reclaim and rebuild a homeland that has been left empty by a mysterious darkness only known as “the Storm.”

Players will band together online to explore the world for resources, build extravagant forts, find or build insane weapons and traps as they protect their towns from the strange monsters that emerge during the Storm.

Fortnite Battle Royale is the FREE 100-player PvP mode in Fortnite. One giant map. A battle bus.

The Force is strong with this announcement. We’re celebrating the arrival of the original Star Warstrio of heroes – Luke Skywalker, Leia Organa, and Han Solo for Skywalker Week, now playable in Fortnite! Take up Luke Skywalker’s lightsabers from A New Hope and Return of the Jedi, drop his X-34 Landspeeder on opponents, and once again shoot with the Stormtroopers’ signature weapon.

• Luke’s Blue Lightsaber (A New Hope) and Luke’s Green Lightsaber (Return of the Jedi) will be available during Skywalker Week. Find them in Imperial Chests, regular Chests, or on the ground.
• Darth Vader has returned–defeat him to collect Darth Vader’s Lightsaber!
• Stormtroopers are back for Skywalker Week, too. Exchange Bars for an E-11 Blaster Rifle, or find them on the ground, in Imperial Chests, and in regular Chests.
• The Junk Rift is unvaulted for Skywalker Week. This week, there’s a chance it can drop Luke Skywalker’s X-34 Landspeeder! Find Junk Rifts on the ground, in Imperial Chests, and in regular Chests.

Skywalker Week runs until November 8, 2022, at 9 AM ET.
