Goat Simulator 3 is a direct sequel to Goat Simulator, a silly game that started life as an April Fool’s joke born out of a game jam.
Goat Simulator 3 builds on everything fans of the first game loved, raising the baa to brand new heights (sometimes literally), starting an all-new adventure, once again featuring Pilgor the goat. This time she’s found new pastures on the sprawling sandbox island of San Angora, a place where mysteries and chaos follow wherever you go. Players are free to roam around and discover the island’s secrets or, well, just destroy stuff. This is a Goat Simulator, after all.
Built from the gravel up, this next generation of goat simulation has it all; Goats, goats wearing hats, goats riding a goat wearing a hat. There are also unnatural disasters, secret animal societies, triple jumping and probably any other nonsense you could think up. But truly, what is all this exciting newness without friends to explore it with? In Goat Simulator 3, you can gather as a herd of up to 4 friends to be the goats of your dreams, together. Yes, Goat Simulator 3 has online multiplayer!
Much like the original Goat Simulator, the sequel’s gameplay revolves around exploration, puzzle solving and “accidentally” destroying anything in sight - but this time there is so much more of it all. Blast NPCs with alien weapons, start wacky minigames anywhere in the sandbox (keep reading), become a “rhino” and stampede through town (sentence is soon over), join a secret goat society and help them achieve their goals, (hold that breath) drive a car straight into a gas station (what’s up with goats and gas stations anyway?), and so much more! The world truly is your oyster* (puh, you made it!).
But everyone knows you can’t destroy the world if you don’t look good. In Goat Simulator 3, there are so many fashionable items to get your hooves on. If you want to roam around wearing a pink tutu, a giant blonde wig and with paint tins for shoes, who are we to stop you? It differentiates you from that one friend who’s dressed like a medieval knight shooting lasers from their eyes, and the other that’s cosplaying a giant abominable banana (aka Abominana), after all.

Free Update – Gifts from the Rifts
The developers over at Coffee Stain North have been cooking up some wild ideas for Goat Simulator 3, but not all of them can be chosen. Or can they? To close out the 10th anniversary celebrations in as chaotic a manner as possible, a free in-game update is now live containing a multitude of unreleased ideas for players to dig their horns into!
The Gifts from the Rifts update contains 27 new gears (and an additional hidden gear), as well as two new events bringing the April 1st festivities to San Angora. And to top it all off, the update comes with an all new alternate goat: Plushie Pilgor. Based on our partnership with YouTooz, this digital soft toy goat has an all new ability, turning anything in its path into a plaything.
Gifts from the Rifts is available now on PC via Steam, the Epic Games Store, the Microsoft Store, as well as on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, iOS and Android. Also coming to Nintendo Switch soon!
YouTooz Collectible Pilgor plushie
Goat Simulator fans will soon be able to have their own Pilgor to take home, as the Goat Simulator YouTooz limited edition collectible plushie is now available to pre-order! Pilgor is adorable when you look past her destructive habits of terrorising the city and licking civilians. Perhaps all she needs is a loving home to bring peace to San Angora?
Purchasing the plushie also grants access to a hidden in-game gear as part of the Gifts from the Rifts update – all the more reason to get your hooves on one!
Pre-order the Pilgor plushie now via the YouTooz website, and follow YouTooz on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
Multiverse of Nonsense – Soon on Mobile
Mobile gamers, rejoice! Goat Simulator 3’s first major DLC, the Multiverse of Nonsense, is soon coming to iOS and Android as a brand new mobile experience. Explore a mythological mountaintop, a cartoon town, and a city where Human Simulator 3 was the hottest game of 2022… These three new areas are full of chaotic world events, and it's up to you to complete them and restore (in)stability to the universe!
Get Goat Simulator 3 now on iOS and Android, and stay tuned for more details on the Multiverse of Nonsense Mobile release date!
Return of ‘A Goat’ Outfit in Fortnite
Following a minor stint a few weeks back, the iconic Goat Simulator “A Goat” Outfit will soon be returning to the Fortnite Shop once more to close out the ‘Year of the Goat’!
Losing to a goat in a RGDL cropped top with its tongue blowing in the wind – what better way for your opponents to go out? It’s what they would have wanted.
Fortnite is available on Playstation, Xbox, Switch, Android, PC, cloud-based streaming services, and iPhones and iPads in the European Union. Learn more at www.fortnite.com.
And Finally…
If all that wasn’t enough, check out this cryptic teaser that rounded out the showcase. What could possibly be next for Pilgor and San Angora?
—
Before wrapping up, the ‘Goat Direct’ took viewers on a trip down memory lane, highlighting the many new releases over the last 12 months in celebration of the 10th anniversary and ‘Year of the Goat’. From the launch of Goat Simulator 3’s first major DLC, the Multiverse of Nonsense, to the Anniversary Update, Gear Competition Update, new platform releases, gear packs, and more, it’s been a hectic but baaa-rilliant year for the franchise.
“Over a decade of Goat Simulator? Who would’ve thought we’d still be going!” said Santiago Ferrero, Creative Director at Coffee Stain North. “And we’re not done yet! So many exciting new endeavours were announced today during our totally unique and original ‘Goat Direct’, and we’re thrilled to bring so much more goaty goodness to the world. Oh, and we hope you enjoyed the showcase right to the end and saw our ominous teaser for something else exciting, too. Is it top secret? Yes. Is it super cool? Also yes. Will we be elaborating any further? Absolutely not.”
Key Features:
- GOATS: You play as a goat! Pilgor, to be exact. However, you’ll also have the chance to wear the skins of many other ‘goats’. Tall goats, tasty goats, angry goats - all the goats you expect and more.
- MULTIPLAYER: Your friends play as goats too! Goat Simulator 3 has 4 player co-op, locally or online. You’ll be able to travel through the world together, cause cooperative mischief aplenty, and compete in 7 fun multiplayer mini-games, and then not be friends anymore.
- EXPLORATION: Goat Simulator 3’s giant new sandbox has plenty to discover - hidden secrets, quests, collectables and the devs actually bothered to make an ending this time! Use your own four hooves to get around, grind on your butt or buckle up for the ride of your life as all goats can drive cars*.
- CHAOS AND REACTIVITY: Cause all manner of mayhem as you lick, headbutt, crash and explode your way across the map, leaving no NPC unannoyed. Toy with the universally recognised four elements (Fire, Electricity, Oil and Alien Goo), test the limits of the world’s physics and interact with suspicious objects for… surprising results.
- CUSTOMISATION: Players can fully customise their goat’s Head, Back, Feet, Body, Horns and Furs with over 300 different gear parts to choose from - from toilet rolls to tea trays… and other actual clothing items, if you want to be like that. Some gear parts will mutate your playstyle by giving you new abilities, all will alter your perceived sense of style.
Goat Simulator 3 is available for Android, Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Epic Games Store / Steam).
