GameStop will host events on Mon., April 28, 2008, at over 3,500 of its U.S. stores for the launch of Rockstar Games' Grand Theft Auto IV, which will include trivia contests, GTA character look-a-like contests and giveaways leading up to the 12:01 a.m. Tuesday release. Sony, still playing catchup after the recent Playstation Store revamp, rolled out a new update with the Eye of Judgment Card Expansion Set 2 ($14.99), Call of Duty 4 Variety Map Pack ($9.99), Army of Two SSC Challenge Map Pack ($7.49). Rock Band gets Judas Priest's Screaming for Vengeance album and Motley Crue's Saints of Los Angeles, Guitar Hero III gets the Def Leppard track pack ($6.25), while Karaoke Revolution Presents: American Idol Encore gets downloadable songs for $1.49 each.
