JoWood and Piranha Bytes are quietly working on a new patch for its 3D RPG Gothic 3, and previously made mention of an upcoming editor. WoW Glider is a 3rd party tool that lets players control their in-game character without being logged in. It will have your character go out and gain skills hunting monsters, and it allows you to loot them. Believing that WoW Glider infringes on their IP, Blizzard and Vivendi have filed a lawsuit against MDY Industries and its creator Michael Donnelly in the state of Arizona, seeking injunctive relief and monetary damages (thanks LadyAlex).

Earlier today Wedbush Morgan Securities analyst Michael Pachter was advising investors to sell Take Two Interactive stock due to the company's ongoing financial and legal issues. Take Two owns 2K Games, 2K Sports, Rockstar and Global Star brands and interestingly enough Pachter also claimed that now would be the right for EA to swoop in and buy out 2K Sports giving EA a monopoly on football, basketball, baseball, and hockey.

While there has yet to be an official announcement, Tekken 6 is the next installment in Namco Bandai's popular 3D fighting series, coming exclusively to the PS3.
