'TLoZ: Phantom Hourglass' (NDS) Delayed, New Wii Title in the Works

The latest issue of Game Informer reveals some new information about Nintendo's Zelda franchise, some good, some bad. Now that The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess for the Wii is available everywhere, sources have it that Nintendo has already been working on an all new title in the franchise, for almost a year, and could see the light of day sooner than expected. Less positive news is that The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass has been delayed until October 2007, and has been greatly reworked since E3 2006.

'Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2' (ALL) - 3 New Screens

Tales of Destiny 2 is the sequel to Tales of Destiny, originally released on PS2 4 years ago. Set 18 years after the original, Tales of Destiny 2 introduces two new heroes, Kyle Dunamis and Reala. The game uses mostly 2D, except for map movement, battle sequences are real time using the new Trust & Tactical Linear Motion Battle System (TT-LMBS).

SEGA Signs 'Aliens' License

SEGA has signed an agreement with 20th Century Fox to develop multiple next-gen and PC games set in the "Alien" universe, including a first-person shooter and an RPG, with the first to be released in 2009. SEGA is in talks with actors from the films, including Sigourney Weaver and Lance Henriksen, to provide their likenesses and voices for the games. Aliens vs. Predator is not part of the deal, for which a second game might tie in with the movie.

'Command & Conquer: Tiberium Wars' - Third Race Revealed?

Tiberium, a self-replicating alien substance that has infected the Earth, is spreading like a radioactive ice age. The GDI is fighting to contain Tiberium, but The Brotherhood of NOD has other plans for Earth. Earlier EA hinted at a 3rd race, which has now been identified as an Alien species, attacking Earth to take their part of the Tiberium. You'll be able to command the new race halfway through the campaign mode, although shorter than the other 2 sides (15 missions, compared to 35 for the GDI/NOD).
