When Activision signed its license agreement with Marvel, it included rights for Spider-Man, X-Men, Fantastic Four and Iron Man through 2009. While the first three franchises all received games, Iron Man was the only one holding out, until the recent announcement of the movie. News has been rather quiet on that front, and according to Gamespot, the reason is because Activision simply no longer holds the rights to it, effectively cancelling any game they had in development.

Call of Duty 3 delivers the intensity of being closer than ever to the fury of combat during the battle for the Liberation of Paris, the most harrowing campaign of WWII, known as The Normandy Breakout. Call of Juarez is situated in 19th-century Wild West America and requires a combination of both intelligent stealth and pure shooting. Shortly after the German version, Ubisoft has now released the English demo, allowing you to try out 2 missions, one for both characters, Ray or Billy.

Today, Ubisoft and Techland announce that Call of Juarez will be coming to a next generation console in 2007, and that the PC version in the US will be held to coincide with the launch of the console version, while the release dates in Europe remain unchanged. Improvements to the US PC version are expected, based on optimization for Windows Vista. No further details are available at this time.
