Fireglow Games announces development of a new game of the MMORTS Stranger game series. It is not a direct sequel of the original Strange RTS storyline, but an evolution of the Stranger universe to a full-scale online project.

Pursuit Force is a fast-paced arcade-action game, that fuses driving and combat mechanics to create a unique gaming experience for PSP. Pursuit Force follows the misadventures of a rookie Police Officer tracking down five criminal gangs across an entire fictional state in America.

In Law & Order: Criminal Intent, players scour the crime scenes for evidence, interview witnesses and interrogate suspects in hopes of tracking down the elusive killers. With beautifully rendered graphics and voices and likeness from members of the show's cast, this thrilling third-person mystery/adventure game will have players feeling like they've stepped in an actual episode of Law & Order: Criminal Intent.

In Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Harry is mysteriously selected as the fourth competitor in the dangerous Triwizard Tournament. O~3 Entertainment today announced that they will publish Pocket Dogs for the GBA in North America. Pocket Dogs was developed in conjunction with Hana Deka Club, the phenomenally popular brand of toys and gifts featuring the signature cute dogs photographed with fisheye lenses. The game is expected to be available at retail for Holiday 2005.

Namco announced today that Dig Dug Digging Strike has gone gold and is scheduled to launch this October exclusively for the NDS, marking the return of classic arcade hero Dig Dug in an all-new adventure to foil a collection of troublesome foes ­ both above the surface and below ground. Dig Dug Digging Strike offers players original environments, gameplay mechanics and wireless multiplayer support.

Aspyr Media and Wideload Games today announced that the Xbox version of their upcoming Stubbs the Zombie game has gone gold. The game will hit stores in late October at a SRP of $49.99.

Eidos Interactive today formally announces that Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Legend is in development for both the Xbox 360 and Xbox. Warner Bros. has set The Shield co-executive producer Kurt Sutter to write "Species X," a drama about a police detective who realizes he might be from another world. WB Interactive Entertainment will simultaneously develop a The Condemned: Criminal Origins sequel based on the concept. It is an unusual occurrence, since movies and vidgames usually cross-pollinate when one is a hit and the other is little more than an adaptation.
