'Dig Dug Digging Strike' (NDS) Announced

Namco announced today that Dig Dug Digging Strike is headed to the Nintendo DS this Fall. This 3D adventure combines the classic arcade digging action with new baddies, environments, weapons, mini-games and strategies to deliver the most action-packed "Dig Dug" game to date.

'Castlevania: Curse of Darkness' (PS2/Xbox) Delayed in Europe

Konami of Europe has announced that its forthcoming Castlevania: Curse of Darkness will be released in Q1 2006. Curse of Darkness introduces players to an entirely new storyline and main character – Hector, one of two Devil Forgemasters, who had once refined his skills under Dracula.

10Tacle Studios Signs 'Codename Panzers II'

10TACLE Studios announced today that it has signed an agreement with Stormregion for Codename Panzers II, which will be developed from scratch and even leave the World War II scenario. The game is schedule for release on the PC in 2008, but adaptations to other gaming consoles are being discussed.

Bet On Soldier is a first-person shooter which presents something considerably different in order to stand out from the crowd. With a corporation-takes-over-the-world-style plot, Bet On Soldier allows players to do exactly what it promises with its title - that is, bet on the outcome of encounters with specific enemies. Before entering battle, players can wager on which particular enemy soldiers they are going to kill. German publisher Frogster has announced work on BoS is done, and it will be in stores on August 25, 2005. Other territories are still in development, and according to DJ will be more polished and optimized.

Mythic Entertainment today released patch 1.78 and introduced the new Realm vs. Realm battlefield, the Isle of Agramon, into the world of Dark Age of Camelot. Located in the North Sea within the New Frontiers, the island is a centrally located battlefield that gives all players easy access to RvR combat and facilitates easier movement between the Realms of Hibernia, Midgard, and Albion.
