Publisher dtp announced today that it has launched the official website for their upcoming adventure Tony Tough 2 where you will find screenshots, wallpapers and a lot of information. The site will be enriched with further content until the release, which is scheduled in Q4 for the German version as well as for the other languages versions. Tony Tough 2 will be a Prequel, telling the story of Tony's first case in his youth, and will feature up-to-date 3D-graphics combined with a classic point & click interface.

Vivendi seems to be playing games with us, as it has updated the F.E.A.R. product page again, and changed the release date for Monolith's upcoming FPS back to fall 2005. Yesterday it was changed to summer 2005, making the game appear to be ahead of schedule, which turns out not to be the case after all (thanks Justin).

Matrix Games released a new patch for its tactical war game, Flashpoint Germany. This update brings your retail game to v1.04 includes minor bug fixes and major compatibility and performance improvements for Win98/ME users. Additionally two new features were added; an improved user interface for the Unit Description Panel and a counter for turns played vs. turns left in the game. The turn counter will allow players to better predict arrival of reinforcements.

'Dead or Alive' Movie Details Revealed

As initially reported eons ago, the Dead or Alive video game series is being translated to the big screen. Four screenwriters collaborated on the script, and Hong Kong action-movie director, Cory Yuen ("Romeo Must Die") is at the helm. A few "Maxim" cover girls have been cast, including Jaime Pressly, Devon Aoki, Natassia Malthe and Australian pop star Holly Valance. According to IMDb, "D.O.A.: Dead or Alive" is currently filming and is scheduled for a 2006 release.

Majesco announced today Nanostray will ship to stores July 19. A 3D sci-fi shooter developed by Shin’en, Nanostray boasts a wide array of weapons, un-lockable features and game modes, as well as an online ranking system that tracks the game’s top players.
