AllintheGame Ltd, casting and recording The Mummy for Hip Interactive in London last week, were lucky enough to secure the services of US actor Corey Johnson, who played Daniels in the first Mummy movie .... the session featured a stellar UK and US cast in an intensive 8 hour video dubbing session. Said Voice Producer and Casting Director Phil Morris, "This was the first game we have worked on where we have had to do lip sync work to the equivalent quality of The Mummy cartoon series, with sound-alike actors matching the character roles in the TV cartoon. This demonstrates that developers and publishers can record games based on movie and TV licences in the heart of London, without having to stretch to a Hollywood cast and budget.........

Electronic Arts is pleased to announce that NCAA Football 2005 has officially gone gold for the PlayStation 2, Xbox and GameCube. The game will be in stores on July 15 and is the first EA SPORTS title to have Xbox Live capability. After previously being delayed for an undetermined period of time,
the official Far Cry website has now been updated with word that the Far Cry v1.2 patch is in its final stages and is expected to be released soon. During the past few days, the FarCry mod community (especially German based mods) went "on strike" and threatened to take their mod development to other game engines if UbiSoft did not release the promised patch & SDK soon.
