THQ Inc. today announced that it has shipped Alter Echo for the PlayStation2 as well as Xbox. Alter Echo lets players morph between three combat modes and alter time with an innovative Time Dilation technology. Alter Echo is now available at major retail outlets throughout North America.

The 2nd Annual EA SPORTS Madden Challenge, a nationwide 32-city tournament to decide the best player of the world’s top-selling football video game starts Saturday, August 23 in Chicago, Il. The champion from each city will proceed to compete for the prestigious title of Madden Challenge Champion on Madden NFL 2004, which just shipped last week.
