As i meantioned earlier today, patching demo's is the thing to do these days, and seem like UbiSoft heard me. A patch is now available for yesterday XIII Demo which fixes the multiplayer bug that was uncovered after release. A full updated demo is expected as well (

A playable demo is expected in the first week of October. Universal Combat brings the greatest components of war together in a single game. Conceived in late 2001 as Battlecruiser Generations, the fifth in the Battlecruiser series, the game has grown into much more than a massive space simulation. Universal Combat is due to be distributed by Mindscape in the UK in November 2003.

It's a new trend, after update patches for full games, we're now onto updating demo's. THQ has released another updated demo for their sci-fi flying action game Yager. This v5.20 demo once again features the same missions as before but has been updated with fixes that were implemented in the recent German retail update patch, such as controller improvement, bug fixes and graphics enchancements (

Vivendi Universal Games Intl. and Rebellion today announced that their highly anticipated game, Judge Dredd: Dredd vs Death, is now gold on PC, PS2 and Xbox. The game will be released on October 17th. The GameCube version will follow in late November. Judge Dredd: Dredd vs Death is an intense first-person shooter set in the future megalopolis of Mega-City One. As expected and announced, Ubisoft has now released the multiplayer demo for their upcoming cell shaded action/FPS game XIII. This demo includes two levels for you to play deathmatch and team deathmatch on. This is a European 'work in progress' demo, an updated U.S. version is expected next week (
