Midway today announced results of operations for the three month period ended June 30, 2005, revealing that Rise & Fall: Civilizations at War will be released in early 2006 instead of late 2005, as previously expected. Net revenues for the 2005 second quarter were $36.9 million, compared with 2004 second quarter net revenues of $47.3 million.

Midway and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today announced a multi-territory publishing agreement that grants Midway the rights to publish interactive games for console, handheld and PC platforms based on the upcoming computer animated motion picture The Ant Bully.

Electronic Arts announced today that it has signed Maria Menounos to star in their upcoming video game, From Russia With Love. Lending her voice and likeness to the game, Menounos will appear alongside Sir Sean Connery, reprising his role as James Bond.
