Vivendi Universal Games today announced Robots has shipped to retail stores nationwide – several days ahead of the March 11th animated feature film release from Twentieth Century Fox and Blue Sky Studios, creators of the hit feature Ice Age. The Robots game puts players in the role of the film’s hero Rodney Copperbottom, as he embarks on thrilling adventures through the living mechanical world of the Robots movie.

Lionhead Studios announced the launch of a completely new Black & White 2 website. Gameindustry.biz seems to have gotten some inside information that Creative Assembly is working on a "Total Warrior" console version, due for release in September. There are no specific details available yet, an official announcement is expected later this week, but already comparisons are being made with KOEI's Dynasty Warriors series, or Phantagram's Kingdom Under Fire. This product however will not be published by Activision, but rather by SEGA Europe.
