Several Game Patches Available NOW

Codemasters has released a new patch for Prisoner of War, if you are running WinMe or Win98 then get this update off the Codemasters downloads page. It address a problem with the wrong language chosen by the launcher and a problem where the launcher may start minimized. There is also a Privateer's Bounty patch available, updating the game to v1.04.151. This upgrade addresses improves multiplayer stability, a couple of bugs, damaged system and long distance views of the models. A few weeks after the English patch, there is now a German patch for Ghost Recon, likewise updating this edition of the squad-based tactical shooter by Red Storm Entertainment to version 1.3. As before, this release adds a huge number of changes, including gameplay, graphics, AI, editor and multiplayer improvements and fixes.

Earlier today we announced Serious Sam hitting gold status (the US version only) and is on its way to appear in stores somewhere in November. Now we got some new nifty screens to show off the multiplayer action (up to 8 players, xbox's networked)... Njoy!

'Earth 2150: Lost Souls' - Demo Available NOW

Strategy First has announced that a brand new demo for Earth 2150: Lost Souls has been released. The Lost Souls Demo includes the first mission from the United Civilized States (UCS) campaign, the UCS tutorial as well as a skirmish map. This is NOT the same demo as released a few years ago, that was the European version, and this is the US version (and according to Strategy First bigger and better ;). 'Serious Sam' (Xbox) Seriously Goes Gold

Croteam's web site has been updated with the announcement that the Xbox port of Serious Sam has gone gold. The wait is now over. At least for the US version. The US Xbox version of Serious Sam is officially approved and it is going into gold mastering. European version still needs to go over the approval.

'Guilty Gear X2' (PS2) - Features & Screens

Sammy Studios Inc. today announced a new sequel based on the powerhouse Guilty Gear anime fighting series, coming to PlayStation2 in Q1 2003.
