Sports Interactive, developer of the phenomenally successful Championship Manager series, has announced its first title based outside the world of football.

SEGA GT 2002 features more than 125 classic and contemporary high performance vehicles, which were created using the exact handling and performance specifications from their real-life counterparts. Players can fill their garage with tricked-out cars and trophies as they race their way through the SEGA GT circuit. Classic car buffs can also drool over "Chronicle Mode" where they can take to the streets in the hottest muscle cars from the '60s, '70s and '80s.

Once you become expert in handling the car, you'll find yourself using the multitude of real-life settings - from down-force to gear ratios and suspension parameters - to customise your car's handling to suit both your driving style and the circuit on which you're racing, adding even further depth to the gameplay. So what, i like StarShip Troopers ... Carnage all around .. good stuff .. Needless to say that the game announcement from Similis made me happy .. Under development by the German developers is Roughnecks, a new 3D action/adventure game. They have also launched the game's official website PlanetRoughnecks which offers the first details on the game, their in-house 3D SIMotion engine as well as what they believe will make their game different, their combat system.
