Earlier today we reported that Sony Europe will be launching the PSPgo Rewards program, allowing people who purchase a PSPgo to download three new/old PSP titles for free, so naturally we contacted SCEA to ask whether a similar promotion would be offered to North American buyers and we received the following statement, "there hasn't been any announcement yet that there will be an equivalent rewards program for North America..."

Sony has rolled out new PlayStation Store content, starting with Command & Conquer Red Alert 3 Commander’s Challenge ($9.99), Zombie Apocalypse ($9.99), demos for Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2, Zombie Apocalypse, Lost Planet 2 Co-Op Campaign, Wolfenstein, Punisher: No Mercy, Half-Minute Hero (PSP), NBA 10 The Inside. Valve Appeals Aussie 'Left 4 Dead 2' (ALL) Ban

L4D2 promises to set a new benchmark for co-operative action games, adding melee combat to enable deeper co-operative gameplay, with items such as a chainsaw, frying pan, axe, baseball bat, and more. Last week the Australian Classification Board refused to give L4D2 a rating, banning it from being sold in retail stores, due to excessive violence, something Valve has now appealed.
