In a last-ditch effort to stay in business, the UK studio revealed it had a new game in development, Necessary Force, an Unreal Engine 3-powered, open-world action game where you play a Dirty Harry-style cop, but as it turns out, it was all too little too late. Midway CEO Matt Booty informed the employees earlier today that he had failed to find another buyer, and it would be closing down.
