Negotiations were underway with Namco Bandai Games to pick up the title, but with the recent Atari transition, there were too many complexities, and talks seized. With no other projects in the pipeline, the studio was forced to call it quits, and a large number of the employees have already been snapped up by Ubisoft (thanks Gamekult).
