In Rogue Warrior, inspired by Marcinko’s bestselling novels and based loosely on his own military experiences, you play as “Demo Dick” Marcinko, where you are sent on a clandestine operation to disrupt a suspected North Korean ballistic missile program.

Bethesda Softworks has signed an agreement with Del Rey Books to publish two novels based on its high-fantasy video game series, The Elder Scrolls. The game series is known for giving the player the ability to choose how their story will play out and unfold, and for the amount of lore and depth found in these rich game worlds.

Realtime Worlds has appointed Gary Dale, previously European managing director at Capcom, as its new chief executive officer. Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, sequel to Naughty Dog's 2007 PS3-exclusive action/adventure game, revolves around 13th century explorer Marco Polo, putting the focus on story, stealth gameplay and a free climbing mechanic.
