SCEA never pinned down a release date, but at CES it was set for fall 2008, while Sony Europe had it set for September, which earlier today at the PS day has been pushed until Oct.

It's time to get creepy again as Sony Computer Entertainment Japan announced that is developing a remake of the PS2 horror game Forbidden Siren. Currently only scheduled for release in Japan on July 24th, Siren: New Translation currently has a demo available for download on PSN Japan. In western territories the game will be called Siren Blood Curse.
