At Comic-con 2007, EA announced that EA Chicago, known for the Fight Night series and the more recent Def Jam Icon, will develop a brand new Super Hero fighting game franchise using the Marvel license, scheduled for release on PS3 & X360 in 2008.

SCEA announced an exclusive multi-year, multi-title game development deal with Eat, Sleep, Play, David Jaffe and Scott Campbell's new development company. Eat, Sleep, Play will create titles for the PlayStation platforms, starting with Twisted Metal: Head On for PS2, early 2008.

Toy Home seems to be a miniature car racing game in the same vein as Xbox Live Arcade's Mad Tracks, or Codemasters Micro Machines. While details are unavailable it's pretty safe to assume this will be a PlayStation Network downloadable title.

'The Godfather 2' Development Confirmed

A few months back a financial analysis revealed that EA might already be working on The Godfather 2, but hadn't been heard from since. At a shareholder meeting, EA Games' Frank Gibeau confirmed this when responding to a question about mature titles, saying "The appeal of those types of games is growing as the demographics start to open up for that older demographic. We make products like Godfather 2, Army Of Two, Crysis - a lot of products that appeal to that older customer."
