Realtime Worlds, currently working on APB, is apparently working on another, yet unannounced title. A recently updated CV from RTW lead artist Tahir Rashid, previously employed by Traveller’s Tales and Blitz Games, has been on Crackdown and is now working “with the double BAFTA award winning team that created Crackdown on a brand new IP due for release in 2011."

All Points Bulletin is an MMO freeform combat and driving-based game, designed by the creator of the original GTA franchise, bringing players into a living, breathing city where cash is king and territory equals respect. Formerly owned by Webzen, Realtime Worlds has bought back the publishing license for APB.

Realtime Worlds has appointed Gary Dale, previously European managing director at Capcom, as its new chief executive officer. Dale will oversee the day-to-day operations and drive strategic direction of Realtime Worlds and its products, commencing with the urban-themed online game All Points Bulletin.

APB is an MMOG featuring an immersive urban-based community where players choose between playing the criminals or catching the crooks, carrying out or thwart opposed crimes and build up areas of the city they control. The recent $50 million investment seems to be opening a lot of doors for RtW, as it bought back the worldwide publishing rights from Webzen.

Realtime Worlds has received a $31 Million financing from venture capital firm New Enterprise Associates (NEA). This investment enables Realtime Worlds to build new industry-leading video game franchises and recruit top programming and game development talent from around the world.

Real Time Worlds, formed by the original GTA & Lemmings creator, and Epic Games today announced that Real Time Worlds has obtained a studio-wide license for Unreal Engine 3 for the creation of next-generation PC and console game titles, starting with All Points Bulletin.

Microsoft's corporate vice president Peter Moore announced that Scottish games developer Real Time Worlds have signed a partnership agreement with Microsoft that will see a number of exclusive titles developed for the new Xbox 360.
