A Ubisoft Europe release schedule reveals that it is making good on its promise to support the Wii, as four new titles are included for Q1 2007. Brothers In Arms: D-Day, Cosmic Family, Driver: Paralel Lines, Spelling Spree ae all confirmed in development as well as PoP: Rival Swords, Blazing angels, and TMNT. The schedule also includes 6 DS titles (Rayman, Mind Quizz, Dogz DS, Brothers in Arms D-Day, Settlers 2, and TMNT)

Just what the Xbox 360 needs, more Japanese RPG titles to boost its popularity in Asia. Absolute Blazing Infinity is a Tactical-RPG from Idea Factory, previously known for Neverlands. Based on the PS2 title Blazing Souls, Absolute Blazing Infinity is currently scheduled release in Japan on March 29, 2007, no specific release date for Europe or North America are available yet.

According the online sources Vivendi is working on bringing Battlestar Galactica, based on the TV show, to the online masses. Currently scheduled for October 2007, Battlestar Galactica Online is only listed as being in development for Xbox 360, but lets hope there will be a PC edition as well. Hopefully the new title will be better than
Vivendi's last, failed, attempt at making a Battlestar Galactica game. More details surely to come after the holidays ...

Back in 2004 Hannover developer Team exDream entertainment surprised gamers with Arena Wars, which won the German Jury Innovative Award, and dtp announced that 2007 will bring a sequel, Arena Wars Reloaded. While details are as good as non-existant, Dark Messiah of Might & Magic developer Arkane Studios and the art Director of Half-Life 2 are working on an all new project, The Crossing, powered by Valve's Source engine. According to
1UP this game, if pulled off successfully, could create a new genre of gaming, as it merges singleplayer with multiplayer in what is being called crossplayer-FPS. The Crossing will be cover story on the next Games for Windows issue.

Microsoft announced that it will change the X360 warranty from 90 days to 1 year from the date of purchase in the US and Canada, on par with the standard 1-year X360 warranty that is available throughout most of the world. This also applies to those who already have an X360 and are still within their first year of ownership.

While there are absolutely no details known yet, earlier rumors of a 3rd iteration in the massively popular Kingdom Hearts series has been confirmed. In various interviews with Japanese magazines, Square Enix's Tetsuya Nomura revealed that Kingdom Hearts III will be unveiled somewhere mid 2007, in accordance with a hint already made at the end of the Kingdom Hearts II: Final Remix trailer shown last week's Jump Festa.
