Last month word got out SimBin was working on a new racing game, rumored to be Race 360 and published by THQ, which was denied shortly thereafter confirming it was developing a new racing game, but the name nor publisher were correct. A few days we mentioned that Simbim was working on RACE 360 which the Swedish studio denies, "We are issuing this statement to counter false rumours currently circulating on the internet regarding a new X360 game. We do have plans for an upcoming X360 game and an official announcement from Simbin will follow shortly with correct information on title and publisher. At the Interactive Digital & Entertainment Festival in Cannes earlier this week,
THQ revealed that it is bringing SimBin's RACE racing game to the X360, currently scheduled for Nov. 2008. Race 360 will feature 350 cars, 15 tracks, 7 modes, 2 player splitscreen, and up to 12 players online. Currently there are plans for seven DLC packages planned through Xbox Live, two shortly after launch which will be free.
