FF XIII uses the latest in cutting-edge technology providing tangible, intuitive controls while delivering seamless transitions between real-time gameplay and in-game cinematics. At E3, Square Enix announced that it would be bringing FF XIII to the Xbox 360, but at its DK Sigma3173 event, series director Motomu Toriyama revealed that development has not started yet, as the team has yet to receive any debug units. PS3 fans will be able to try out a quite large demo in March 2009 on a bonus demo disc that will come with the Blu-ray release of FF VII: Advent Children.

A slew of changes was announced at Microsoft's press briefing earlier today, including an arrangement with Netflix and the previous PS3-exclusive Final Fantasy XIII coming to the X360. Other additions include the availability of playable game shows — including 1 vs. 100, Lips, You're in the Movies, and Scene It? Box Office Smash — creation of player avatars, and an Xbox Live interface overhaul.
