Resident Evil 5 promises to revolutionize the survival horror series by delivering an unbelievable level of detail, realism and control. During last months Tokyo Game Show RE5 producer Takeuchi revealed the Alternative Edition, adding an additional two hours of brand new content. While the PS3 version, supporting the new Motion Controller, will be available in retail, Capcom is asking European and North American fans to vote on how they want the new content, on disc or download.

The PSP version adds all new story chapters with a new main character, adding even more replay value to the already feature-packed title. With new characters, skills, items, and battle system, Disgaea 2: Dark Hero Days is ready to please even the most hardcore SRPG enthusiasts.

The Medal of Honor franchise has been off the grid after the lukewarm reception of MoH: Airborne in 2007. That a new installment in the series is in the works has been hinted at a few times, with EGM guesstimating that it may move from its WWII era setting into modern day Afghanistan. Giving further credence to that speculation is a CV from former EA dev Micah Lapping-Carr, now working at Microsoft on Natal, who claims he worked on a "a Medal of Honor modern combat title" in 2008 (thanks SA). No official announcements have been made by EA yet, but if a new title was worked on last year already, maybe we'll get word of it soon.

Valhalla Knights: Eldar Saga is an action RPG that expands the series by introducing a co-op feature allowing two players to adventure through the land of Eldar with no random encounters while updating the real-time battle system to now include battles taking place on the world map instead of a separate battle screen for a seamless experience.

EyePet delivers an interactive lifelike, virtual pet right into your own living room using the PS Eye, responding and relating to movements in your own world. While a Nov. 17 release date was set a few months ago, GameStop has updated its product listing indicating it has been pushed until April 4, 2010.

Rage of the Gladiator is a first person fantasy fighting game where you control a gladiator, fighting for your life in an arena. Armed with your magical warhammer and a trusty shield, you must defeat fantastic bosses including a Chimera, Beholder, and a Dragon.

Defense of the Ancients: Allstars developer "IceFrog" revealed that he has been recruited by Valve and is leading a team to work on a new project. While IceFrog didn't reveal any details he did say that has has "all the resources needed to do some very exciting stuff," and also that his "goal and top priority in the future is to solve the surrounding issues that affect the DotA experience in order to allow it to reach new heights. "

In an original storyline developed exclusively for the game, Ben and the Omnitrix will journey to outer space and distant never-before-seen planets for the first time ever in the series, using his alien forms and their special powers in an effort to thwart a grand scheme to conquer the universe one planet at a time.

Microsoft announced the latest titles that have earned their place in the Xbox 360 Platinum Hits collection, including Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto IV, Capcom's Streetfighter IV, Valve's Left 4 Dead, THQ's Saint’s Row 2 and LucasArts' Star Wars – The Force Unleashed, making them available in stores for as low as $19.99.

Electronic Arts has signed a deal with IDW Publishing to expand two of its intellectual properties, Army of Two and Dragon Age, into comics under a new EA Comics imprint with IDW beginning in January as a monthly, ongoing series.
