Ubisoft released its results for the fiscal year 2009, revealing sales were up 14.0%. In a year where most of its competitors closed studios and had layoffs, Ubisoft has acquired 5 studios and hired 1,300 new employees, and plans to focus more on quality. During the conf. call CEO Yves Guillemot confirmed that Assassin's Creed 2, Splinter Cell: Conviction; Red Steel 2, and Rabbids Go Home are due Q4 (Nov. - Dec. 2009) while RUSE, I Am Alive and the new Ghost Recon title between Jan. - March 2010.
