Late 2007 Naughty Dog art director Bob Rafei announced his departure after 13 years to pursue a long planned career goal: to be an independent original IP creator and developer. After Uncharted: Drake's Fortune wrapped up Bob announced he was leaving and has now emerged at the head of Big Red Button Entertainment, its motto "Games you want to watch and films you want to play."
