During a
panel discussion at Comic-Con, Marvel Studios production boss Kevin Feige was asked whether fans might see a new installment in the Marvel vs. Capcom franchise, and he replied, "Yes, and maybe sooner than you think." No further details were revealed, but that confirmation on its own will surely please fans who haven't had a title in the 2-D fighter series since 2003's Marvel vs. Capcom 2 on the Xbox.

Revealed earlier this year, the September issue of EGM has the
first details on EA's free-roaming Skate 2. Set five years after the original, San Vanelona's been rebuild after it was hit by a natural disaster. Skate 2 will sport a Tiger Woods-like character editor, allow you to play as a girl, a tweaked camera angle including a 3rd person view, run at 60fps and have no load times when teleporting to a session marker. The game will now also allow you to get off your skateboard and move objects around in the world to open new pathways, while pedestrians will automatically move out of your way.

Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix will make its downloadable debut on the XBLA and PSN by utilizing the original game code, while creating a fresh upgraded experience with new artwork and high resolution 1080p graphics. Capcom has been working on a patch for the currently running SSFII HD Remix beta test, and revealed that the Street Fighter II HD Remix Beta has been extended to Sept. 5th, to gather more feedback afterwards.
