Sony Computer Entertainment announced today that its has acquired SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs developer Zipper Interactive which now joins its newly formed global development operation, SCE Worldwide Studios. This marks the second studio acquisition by SCE following Guerrilla B.V. in December 2005.
