Sony has rolled out the v2.35 PS3 system software update, and the relatively minor update improves stability of some PS3 titles, but unfortunately did not give any details whatsoever. However SCEA stated that "to clarify that this upcoming firmware update isn't related to GTA IV. For those of you who may still have an issue playing the game on your PS3, we have identified a solution that should resolve the issue. You can contact SCEA Consumer Services for support.

Burst Limit will be similar to the DBZ: Budokai Tenkaichi series (published by Atari in Europe and North America) and have online multiplayer, be cut-scene driven and support 16/9. Last week, Activision teased with an upcoming announcement that it would reveal the Guitar Hero franchise's "leap forward," but it seems the latest Game Informer issue is ahead of the game. The June issue reveals that GH4 will add vocals and a six-piece drum set (3 pads, 2 cymbals and foot pedal) on top of the usual guitar/bass line. More importantly, it will feature the ability for gamers to create their own tracks from scratch, sans vocals, and share it with other users. So far Van Halen, The Eagles, Linkin Park and Sublime are confirmed to be contributing songs.

Ninja Gaiden 2 has players once again assuming the role of Ryu Hayabusa as they guide the ninja hero on a quest to avenge his clan and prevent the destruction of the human race. At Microsoft's SF event earlier this week, Team Ninja's Tomonobu Itagaki revealed this will be the last title in the franchise, saying that NG II is the "definitive 3-D game in this series," and expressed interest to work with a U.S. developer on a title set in the Pacific Theater.
