Mad Tracks is an action-packed toy-car racing game, with toy cars powered by spring engines. Races are set in everyday places, like toy stores, mini-golf parks, and restaurants. Load Inc. announced a partnership with Seattle based Assassin Studio to give a fresh start to Mad Tracks PC by bringing it to stores.

After a few weeks of deliberation and voting, our top games of 2007 are finally being unveiled! Sudden Strike 3: Arms For Victory will push the boundaries of the RTS genre with some notable interface innovations, huge troop numbers and enormous map designs that will demonstrate that size does matter. This v1.2 patch contains numerous improvements and bug fixes, as well as two multiplayer maps (all control points can be captured only one time) and a single-player mission.

Art of Murder: FBI Confidential, created by by the team who made Schizm, Sentinel and Reah, is a point & click adventure where the player takes on the role of an FBI agent, whose task is to solve a series of macabre murders of wealthy, well-to-do citizens.

Sonic Rivals 2 features a revamped rival "jostling" gameplay system for tighter head-to-head competition. Rivalry is even further improved with upgraded power-ups and ranged weapons, allowing players to attack or defend themselves regardless of their position.
