As a follow-up to our previous story about Juarez Mayor Héctor Murguía Lardizábal's outrage over the fact that Ubisoft's GRAW 2 depicts his town in a bad light, Mexican newspaper El Diario is now reporting that the governor of Chihuahua, Jose Reyes Baeza Terraces, has basically outlawed the game and ordered to seize all retail copies.
