While its q3 results were encouraging, up from $169 to $240 million compared to last year, Take Two warned investors that its full year result might be below expectations due to various factors, the delay of a yet unannounced prime PSP title, taxes, office relocation etc, but it will not release the final numbers until after its most recent SEC investigation has concluded. However it did confirm that Bully and GTA: Vice City are still on track for their October release, and looking ahead Take Two plans to release several new installments in various franchises.

Saint's Row community message board has a developer update revealing Volition is working on an Xbox Live patch for its just released open ended action game. While there is no specific launch date yet, the patch will fix various single/multiplayer problems found after release, addressing lag, improved quality-of-service, more 10-12 player matches, fixing exploits, widescreen formatting, and generally getting players in the game faster.

Valve announced that it is bringing Arkane Studios' action RPG Dark Messiah of Might & Magic to the Steam online distribution service in October 2006, while Ubisoft itself revealed details on the limited edition, which will include the game on DVD, unique in-game content, making of movies, soundtrack on CD and 12 collective cards.
