in October Eidos revealed its FPS Zero Tolerance: City Under Fire it seemed to be a new product, but then as it turned out it was in fact the now defunct Argonaut Games' Roll Call. On
Nov. 18 2005 we reported that Eidos was getting sued for Copyright Infringement in North America and had to explain its case before the U.S. Patent Office as Zero Tolerance was a 1994 Megadrive game with that same name, from developer Technopop. As a result Zero Tolerance is now known as Urban Chaos : Riot Response.

A few months ago, Bethesda disappointed a large portion of the community when it announced that TES IV:Oblivion was not going to make it as a launch title and delayed the game until March 2006, saying that more time was needed for polish.

Oblivion had already been finished, but upon arrival of the official Xbox 360 dev kits, they realized the machine was more powerful than originally anticipated. Bethesda then decided to delay the game for optimization, especially of the graphics.
