Activision just dropped us a note about Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory -- if you've been holding off on the download because of your bandwidth, you won't have to any longer. Building further on an already successful partnership, Atari, Inc. and FUNimation have entered into an agreement, through which Atari will publish video games for certain next-generation consoles based on FUNimation’s popular animated television series, Yu Yu Hakusho. Already an acknowledged blockbuster in Japan where the manga alone has sold more than 40 million copies, Yu Yu Hakusho made its debut in the United States in April 2002 on Cartoon Network, where it is currently among the top-rated shows on the network’s “Toonami Block” of programming. Namco announced today the company has signed renowned animated filmmakers Don Bluth and Gary Goldman to create and direct the in-game cinematics for the upcoming title, I-Ninja. Famous for bringing memorable characters to life in the animated film world, Bluth, Goldman and their team will create the in-game movies for I-Ninja. The game, scheduled for release on the PlayStation2 and GameCube in Q4 2003, stars an ultra-cool ninja who combines his major attitude with extreme sports gameplay mechanics.

Black & White 2 includes other new elements, such as improved graphics and Miracle effects such as rivers of fire and earthquakes that yield mass destruction. “Shock and awe” videogame developer Running With Scissors is proud to announce that game footage from their medley of malice POSTAL 2, is in the new Black Eyed Peas hip-hop video, “Where’s the Love.” The socially wrenching, thought-provoking video from the Canadian group also features Justin Timberlake (who co-wrote the track) of ’NSYNC fame.
