Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell will release in time for the lucrative Christmas 2002 market exclusively on Xbox, with a PC version to appear by the end of the year. LucasArts is pleased to announce that Star Wars: The Clone Wars for GameCube has been approved for manufacturing and is expected to be in stores on October 29th. In Star Wars: The Clone Wars players take on the roles of Anakin Skywalker, Mace Windu, and Obi-Wan Kenobi as they lead the Republic army in the Clone Wars, all in the hopes of stopping the Separatists from assembling an ancient Sith weapon. The game gives players control over five crafts, as well as the ability to battle through 16 missions spanning six worlds from the Star Wars universe.
