Today several games have shipped to stores so you can expect them to actually BE on the shevles in the next few days ... Almost a month after the PS2 release and a good week since the gold announcement, Eidos Interactive has announced the shipping of Commandos: Men of Courage for Xbox. As with the PlayStation 2 version, the Xbox version of the game has players taking control of an elite group of commandos in the midst of WWII. The game was developed by Pyro Studios and carries an MSRP of $49.99 USD. Capcom has announced the release of Dino Stalker for PlayStation 2. With a script written by those behind Resident Evil and Onimusha, Dino Stalker puts players in the role of WWII veteran pilot Lt. Mike Wired. After being hurled back in time, Wired must venture through various pre-historic lands and battle fourteen species of dinosaurs to return home. The game supports the GunCon 2 light gun and is rated “M” for mature by the ESRB. Microsoft Game Studios announced today that it has shipped its futuristic racer, Quantum Redshift, to stores nationwide. Developed exclusively for the Xbox by Curly Monsters Ltd., Quantum Redshift allows players to race on 16 tracks from around the world at speeds reaching 650 mph, compete against friends in the four-player split-screen mode, choose from 16 different pilots, and more.

Microsoft Game Studios just let us know that they have launched the Rallisport Challenge official Web site for the PC version. Rallisport Challenge is a slick racing game first popularized on the Xbox. The site has all the latest on the game such as a features, a screenshot slideshow, streaming video footage, system requirements (and list of supported video cards), details on the four race types, the various racing classes and the 29 fully licensed cars in the game.

Enix America's sequel to Grandia for PS2, Grandia Xtreme has gone gold and will be available in stores on September 30th. This adventure-RPG hybrid, featuring voices from Hollywood actors such as Mark Hamill, Dean Cain and Lisa Loeb, is set in a fully 3D-rendered world and contains an elaborate mix of real-time and turn-based battle systems in which the elemental powers of Fire, Air, Earth and Water can be wielded against opponents. Grandia Xtreme comes on the heels of the re-released version of the Dreamcast-title Grandia 2 for PS2 and the PC.

Silent Hill 2: Inner Fears takes players to the eerie town of Silent Hill, where they assume the role of James Sunderland.
