Last year, it was reported that Vin Diesel would be starring in "Hitman: The Movie," but according to Ain't it Cool, he is no longer on the project and has been replaced by Deadwood's Timothy Olyphant ("Seth Bullock"). When Activision signed its license agreement with Marvel, it included rights for Spider-Man, X-Men, Fantastic Four and Iron Man through 2009.
