At a recent SCEA press event, we had the chance to see several upcoming titles, but we also decided to interview its social media manager, Jeff Rubenstein, the man in charge of the PlayStation.Blog Web site and keeping us all informed on the latest PSP and PS3 happenings.

SCEA announced the PlayStation Protection Plan, an extended service offer for the PS3 and PSP systems, allowing owners in the United States to purchase an extended service plan of one or two years that begins after the original one-year manufacturer's limited warranty expires.

Sony Computer Entertainment announced the PlayStation Move motion controller for PS3, offering a motion-based, high-definition gaming experience. Concurrently with its launch, SCE will also release PlayStation Move sub-controller to be used along with the motion controller for intuitive navigation of in-game characters and objects.
