Spike TV announced today that its Video Game Awards 2005 will be hos(t)ed by actor and producer Samuel L. Jackson, who was a winner at last year’s show for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. While there still has not been any official announcement, last year Polyphony Digital president Kazunori Yamauchi stated that a PSP version of Gran Turismo 4 was in the works, tentatively scheduled for spring 2005. That time frame has since long passed, and that instance was also the one and only time the title has been mentioned, until now. Sony Computer Entertainment Japan has updated its release list which indicates that Gran Turismo 4 Mobile has been pushed back and is now listed as coming in 2006.
