Need for Speed Most Wanted delivers a unique, fast-paced and gripping ride in the racing genre as players build up their Rap Sheet and street cred to move their way up the Black List to become the most wanted racer on the streets. Ea confirmed today that Need for Speed Most Wanted will ship on all platforms (GBA/PSP/NDS/NGC/PS2/Xbox) on November 15th, although the Xbox 360 edition's release date is still being kept in the dark, but since it has been declared a launch title, it should arrive around the same time.

Back in June we reported that the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals would hear oral arguments in the Blizzard v. BnetD case, and now the verdict is in. In a 3-0 decision, the court upheld a trial judge's ruling from October, concluding the programmers' circumvention in this case constitutes infringement. The defendants in the case reverse-engineered the Blizzard protocol using tools to listen to the software's communications with a game server, and circumvent Blizzard's, amongst other things, anti-piracy server Battle.net.
