Tarr Chronicles is an arcade-style space combat sim where you, lost in space and deep behind enemy lines, must defend the galaxy's last hope using dozens of high-tech fighters bristling with cannons and rocket launchers. This updated demo adds various bug fixes, enhanced Vista support and improved support for multi-core processors.

According to a job listing on the official EA website, the EALA division, in charge of MOH and C&C franchises, is looking for a "sound designer who will work closely with the audio director on creating sound effects, dialog, and music for a next-generation first person shooter game," based on a "widely recognized leading sci-fi franchise." Square Enix announced that it is bringing the Kingdom Hearts franchise to handhelds. Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep for the PSP is set in "the distant past," and will be similar to the PS2 titles, focused on single-player. Conflict: Denied Ops, previously called Crossfire, is a new paramilitary themed co-op FPS from Pivotal Games, putting you in control of two of these merciless operatives, each of them highly specialized in both weapons and military tactics.

At the Tokyo Game Show Sony revealed that its 3D online user community service, originally scheduled for fall 2007, is delayed until spring 2008. The 'Home' service, will enable users to create their own avatar and explore a real-time virtual community, as if they are playing a detailed 3D game.
