'Mafia: The Old Country' Man of Honor Expansion Adds Two New Chapters In Enzo's Story, New Free Ride Mode Content - Trailer

by Rainier on June 6, 2026 @ 7:14 p.m. PDT

Uncover the origins of organized crime in Mafia: The Old Country, a gritty mob story set in the brutal underworld of 1900s Sicily.

Fight to survive in this dangerous and unforgiving era, with action brought to life by the authentic realism and rich storytelling that the critically acclaimed Mafia series is known for.

Marking the start of a new crime saga for the acclaimed Mafia franchise, Mafia: The Old Country is an all-new story set in the Mafia universe, harkening back to the roots of organized crime with a compelling new cast of characters.

As a linear, narrative-driven game, Mafia: The Old Country is a focused package perfect for fans looking to engross themselves in an unfamiliar world of danger and intrigue. The graphically stunning cinematic experience features a story grounded in the brutal world of organized crime that authentically immerses players with dangerous combat systems featuring high-stakes, grounded stealth and gunplay mechanics.

Mafia: The Old Country introduces a new, original protagonist for players to embody. Enzo's story unfolds in a time when skill with a stiletto blade was a deadly asset, a lupara sawed-off shotgun was a go-to firearm, murderous vendettas raged for decades, and mafiosi patrolled their protection rackets on foot, horseback, or behind the wheel of turn-of-the-century motorcars.

Through grit and determination, Enzo has survived a childhood of indentured labor in Sicily’s hellish sulfur mines. Now, through a twist of fate, he has the opportunity to join Don Torrisi's crime family, and will do whatever it takes to carve out a better life for himself. By swearing an oath, Enzo has committed himself to the Torrisi family's code of honor, with all the power and hardship it entails. He must never forget this simple truth: Family Takes Sacrifice.

2K and Hangar 13 announced the Man of Honor expansion* for Mafia: The Old Country, coming August 14, 2026 to PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.

The Man of Honor expansion features two new chapters in Enzo's story as he crosses paths with Ennio Salieri, the future Don of the Salieri crime family and main antagonist of Mafia: Definitive Edition, as well as additional content for Free Ride mode.

Set in Sicily during the winter of 1905, Enzo Favara has proven himself a reliable soldier of the Torrisi crime family in the months since his initiation. Now, the Don entrusts him and Cesare with a delicate assignment of assisting Ennio Salieri, a man of honor recently released from prison and intent on reclaiming what is his.

At Salieri's side, Enzo is drawn deeper into the volatile underworld of the Valle Dorata, where loyalty is tested, debts are settled, and every move carries weight.

Enzo's story continues across two new chapters, featuring fresh environments, weapons, vehicles, and Charms. These chapters explore a previously unseen period during Enzo's height as a soldato.

Additional Free Ride Content

In the additional content for Free Ride mode**, players will team up with Salieri to earn big by taking on a new set of extreme challenges, and discover new collectibles and never-before-seen locations.

Salieri acts as the player's point of contact for these new Free Ride activities, which will test the skills of even the most elite mafiosi.
