Ubisoft announced that it has acquired most employees and assets from Longtail Studios' Quebec office, and will integrate them into its own local office. Longtail Studios, known for Dance on Broad­way, is run by Gérard Guillemot, Ubisoft co-founder and brother to its CEO Yves Guillemot with further offices in New York, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.
