Last year Microsoft launched a new initiative, the Summer of Arcade, going all out with big new titles for Xbox Live Arcade. With two titles down and three more to go Microsoft is offering people who purchase all five Summer of Arcade titles before Aug. 31 an 800 Microsoft Points rebate.

'Halo Wars' (X360) Glitch Wipes Leaderboards, Maybe Permanently

Halo Wars is an RTS game based on the Halo universe where players will command armies of familiar and new UNSC units in its initial encounters against the Covenant, an alien coalition threatening to obliterate mankind. A technical issue wiped all Halo Wars Xbox Live single-player, multiplayer and Trueskill leaderboards, and while it is being investigated, developer Robot Entertainment fears it may not be able to recover the data.
