Epic's VP Mark Rein revealed they have been served with a lawsuit by Too Human developer Silicon Knights, but he refused to comment further on the matter, as advised by the legal department. Silicon Knights' president Denis Dyack, however, claims Epic's breach of contract forced them to proceed this way because "Epic simply refuses to acknowledge the inadequacies of the Unreal Engine 3 code it provides to its licensees," resulting in serious financial loss to SK and other developers. Enemy Territory: Quake Wars pits the armies of Earth against the invading alien Strogg in this online strategic shooter. Featuring team play, persistent character promotions, day and nighttime combat missions, and the universe's most powerful weapons and vehicles. While an official release date has not been set, EBGames has updated the PC product page, pushing back the launch until Sept. 3, 2007.

Heroes of Might & Magic V: Tribes of the East is the 2nd standalone expansion for Ubisoft's turn-based strategy game where players take part in a thrilling new adventure in the World of Ashan. New campaign, new units, buildings, weapons, as well as 10 new multi- and 5 single-player maps.

Without giving out any sort of details, Ubisoft announced that it will launch Far Cry 2 in Spring 2008 for PC. Far Cry 2 is being developed in Ubisoft's Montreal studio, which is also currently working on Assassin's Creed.
