Manhunt, a computer video game that encourages players to kill everyone in sight in ever more gruesome ways has become the first such product to be banned in New Zealand. Trisynergy has decided that after internal discussions they realized that they have an almost unknown but very good game on their hands and they just didn’t want to see it get lost in the plethora of big name titles that comes out at this time of year. Also, Trisynergy doesn't believe it belongs in the, "let’s release it and hope it sells around the holiday" category. Trisynergy says "Northland is a good game and should be released at a time when it can get the attention it deserves. Accordingly, the new release date will be Feb. 2004." In the meantime you can always check out the demo.

EA has put up a community update for C&C Generals Zero Hour with word on the upcoming patch for the latest C&C expansion pack Zero Hour.
