Sony announced today its sponsorship of the eighth annual Ozzfest 2003 Tour. As sponsor for the third year in a row, SCE America will give consumers the opportunity to play the hottest new PS2 software titles at the show, the chance to win tickets to see Ozzfest live, plus the opportunity to share the stage with one of the bands at the ultimate destination for metal and rock fans. The tour kicks off on June 28 in San Antonio, Texas and travels to 28 markets, featuring a lineup of 21 bands including metal's top artists, Ozzy Osbourne, Korn, Marilyn Manson, Disturbed, Chevelle, The Datsuns, and more.

The competition is heating up with the final round of the World Cyber Games qualifiers, taking place this week at CompUSA locations across the nation. This weekend will feature Age of Mythology and FIFA Soccer 2003, both on Saturday June 28th. The tournament begins promptly at 11:00am and all participants should arrive by 10:00am. Battlefront has released a new update patch for their turn based strategy game, Strategic Command: European Theater. Six years after the United States Postal Service (USPS) sued the makers of the notorious videogame POSTAL and its ultra-controversial sequel, POSTAL 2, game developer Running With Scissors has been informed by the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board of the U.S. Department of Commerce that the USPS's opposition case had been dismissed with prejudice.

In No Man's Land, the player leads the colonisation of the American continent between 1600 and 1900. In three campaigns, divided into 30 diversified missions, the player sees the historical development of this era from the viewpoint of six different ethnic groups: Englishmen, settlers, American patriots, Spaniards, Forest- and Prairie Indians. An English fort is being attacked by the patriots on a cold winter's night. It takes a few minutes until the English become fully aware of the danger, and then they begin to build up their defense even though their main towers have already caught fire.
